  They wiped out the hard drive on my 86 year old mother's computer !!!! All she needed was to have Internet Explorer reinstalled and they wiped out the whole machine without creating a backup of her documents and pictures before they did it !! They even removed her Norton anti-virus !!! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL !!!! They had to have known that they messed up and never told her. She's distraught that her personal stuff on her computer is missing. How can anyone mess up such a simple fix? If I lived close by I would have done it myself within 15 minutes.It was an internet access issue NOT a hard drive issue.
